6/8/2026 9:36:00 AM Kentucky Utilities Company Possible Cause:   Crews found multiple blown fuses on the Graham substation transformer due to a snake that came in contact with multiple phases. Transformer tests were run to verify no internal damage prior to returning to service per standard protocol. All customers restored at 14:14.
